This apprenticeship offers you an opportunity to become a well-rounded Aftersales Customer Advisor. Working across the Parts department and Vehicle Servicing, you’ll get to know all the ins and outs of the vehicles and deliver the best services to our customers.
As well as receiving on-the-job training, you’ll be trained at our state-of-the-art training facility - GTG Training, where you will be regularly assessed as you work towards achieving a Digital Application Support SCQF Level 6 qualification along with a customer service qualification.
You’ll learn how to:
You must have gained or be working towards National 4 or above (or accredited equivalent) in Maths, English and one other subject.
You must have gained or be working towards GCSE 4-9 or above (or accredited equivalent) in Maths, English and one other subject.
