* I accept the following conditions relating to the loan vehicle described above or to any replacement vehicle. These conditions apply to the period of the test drive:

I confirm that I hold a full, valid driving licence.
I confirm that I am not disqualified from driving, under the influence of alcohol or drugs or unfit to drive.
I confirm that I am over 25 years of age.
I understand that I am responsible for any motoring offences committed while driving the vehicle.
I authorise Arnold Clark Automobiles Limited to carry out an online DVLA licence check using the code provided.
I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to look after the vehicle, and the keys to the vehicle, whilst it is in my possession. If the vehicle is left unlocked, or the keys are left in it, or if I give the keys to any other person, and it is subsequently stolen, I accept that I will be liable for the costs of repairing any damage to the vehicle, or the full cost of the vehicle (if it is not recovered), including any costs incurred in recovering the vehicle.

Arnold Clark will retain this information for up to six years. In the event we receive any insurance claims or notices in respect of speeding, parking or other motoring offences, we may be legally obliged to give your information to the relevant insurer or authority.
