Competition terms and conditions
Open to residents of the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the United Kingdom aged 17 and over. Employees and their immediate families of Arnold Clark Group and its associated companies, their agents, or anyone professionally connected with this draw are excluded from entry. No third-party entries.
Entry is gained by sharing the Glovebox Goodies game to your Instagram story and tagging the Arnold Clark Instagram page.
Closing date for all entries is 11/06/2021 at 13:00.
The competition is open to entries on Instagram. Multiple entries are allowed.
From all qualifying entries, five winners will be selected to win one of the following prizes: £50 Amazon voucher, £50 M&S voucher or a Road Angel Dash Cam.
The winner will be notified via a reply and private message on the social media platform the entered on. We will contact the winners on 11/06/2021.
Confirmation of ability to collect the prize must be given within 48 hours of us informing the winner they have won. If no response is given then an alternative winner will be selected.
When a response is given, we will arrange delivery of the prize.
No entry fee, no purchase necessary.
No cash alternative to the prize will be offered and the prize is not transferable. Prize does not include costs of any travel or accommodation.
The promoter’s (Arnold Clark Group) decision in respect of all matters to do with the promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entry implies acceptance of these rules.
The promoter (Arnold Clark Group) reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary.
The Arnold Clark Group reserves the right to exclude any entries which they believe to be fraudulent or based on misconduct.
The winner may be required to take part in publicity resulting from this draw without entitlement to any financial reward.
The Arnold Clark Group reserves the right to alter, amend or terminate the promotion without prior notice, provided that the Arnold Clark Group shall not exercise this right unreasonably.
These rules are governed by Scottish law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
