Everybody knows that the Jeep Wrangler is built for off-roading, but did you know the Jeep Compass and Jeep Renegade also have those capabilities?
Probably not, which is why we invited a select number of customers down to Yorkshire Outdoors on 11th November 2022 to experience the true nature of these cars.
Yorkshire Outdoors’ award-winning off-roading course features multi-level, multi-terrain ascents and descents which are not for the faint-hearted! Their highly knowledgeable and skilled instructors helped our customers (and some lucky staff!) navigate the conditions – which were barely walkable but proved no hassle for our 4xe range.
Jeep has evolved their trademark 4x4 range by combining a petrol engine across the front axle, with electric propulsion across the back axle. This combination allows for better fuel consumption, lower emissions and more power with up to 240hp available!
We asked our event attendees what they thought of the Jeep Renegade 4xe and Jeep Compass 4xe after experiencing them on Yorkshire Outdoors’ trail, here’s some statistics:
“Much more capable than I expected them to be. Also, the build quality seems to be far better than previous Jeeps I’ve tried.”
“I already own a Renegade, which I love, but the Compass surpassed itself, it was quite amazing to see what it could do.”
“I could not believe the off-road traction of the Renegade in the slippery conditions, especially with normal tyres fitted.”
“They are very capable cars in the worst environment.”
“I had not driven the Compass before, and the experience was excellent and a surprise.”
