If no please log a ticket for this on Halo.

Salary and bonus details correct?

Compliance

Has the Product Consultant completed the following:

Company Induction on ACE learning?

If no, they must complete immediately on ACE.

Health and Safety induction and paperwork completed and submitted to safety support?

This must be competed immediately. Manager must make Think Customer chairperson aware.

Terms of use on device?

Must be actioned immediately by accessing the T&C's app on their device.


Resources

Check the PC has received the following:

Swipe card?

If no contact wages.

Device for their role (Samsung Galaxy 4G enabled device)?

Correct uniform and badge?

Systems

Does the PC have access to the following systems:

CitNow access?

Manager must action immediately.

Cisco phone login?

Do they have access to Sales Office with correct Product Consultant permissions?

Please log a ticket for this on Halo.

Do they have access to Power BI with access to Product Consultant reporting suite?

Please log a ticket for this on Halo.

Do they have access to ACE Learning with correct Product Consultant permissions?

Please log a ticket for this on Halo.

Do they have access to the Vehicle Journey System with correct Product Consultant permissions?

Manager must action immediately.

Do they have access to the ACE Sales Page?

Company car

Did the Product Consultant agree to a company car as part of the recruitment process i.e. as stated on the offer letter?

Manager must ensure the Product Consultant is NOT in possession of a company car.

Has the PC been given access to a company car? If not, the manager MUST contact group.operations@arnoldclark.com immediately.
