When using our chargers it is important to be careful when using them to ensure your safety at our charge sites.
You must not:
Tamper with the charge point.
Use the charge point for any purpose other than charging an electric vehicle.
Bring into or keep in the car park or within the vicinity of the charge point any motor fuel or lubricating oil;
Smoke within either the car park and/or within the vicinity of the charge point;
Keep your vehicle in the bay following the expiry of your charging session.
You must:
Ensure that the charging is carried out in a safe manner to avoid injury to any person or cause damage to property.
Ensure that when using the App at our charging stations, please do so only when your vehicle is stationary or when inside designated areas;
Notify us of any safety concerns immediately;
Ensure that the connected cable is not causing any form of trip hazard; and replace the charging cable back in the charger at the end of the session.
Take full responsibility for any damage caused to the charging stations due to misuse or negligence. You must reimburse repair or replacement costs and compensate for any direct or indirect losses resulting from your actions or omissions.
