We know that making a claim can be stressful, especially when you’re not sure what to do. So, we’ve broken our claims process down to show you exactly what happens, and when.

Try and gather as much information about your situation whether you were involved in a car accident or your home was burgled. No matter what your policy is, it will make the process easier if you have more details. Take a note of anything that could help like the full name and address of the driver and any witnesses. It also helps to get the other driver’s insurance details and car registration number.
Take photos of your surroundings and the position of the car(s) as this will keep it fresh in your mind.
