The first match of the inaugural Arnold Clark Cup will see Germany take on Spain next week.
The two teams will meet on Thursday 17th February at the Riverside Stadium in Middlesbrough, with the match kicking off at 2.30pm.
The game will also be shown live on ITV4 and ITV Hub.
The new international women’s football tournament also includes England and Canada, with the four nations facing off in a round-robin-style tournament.
ITV’s coverage will be presented by Laura Woods and feature punditry from guests Ian Wright and Eni Aluko, with commentary from Seb Hutchinson and co-commentator Emma Hayes.
The first round of matches will be played in Middlesbrough before heading to Carrow Road in Norwich three days later and ending at Wolves’ Molineux Stadium on Wednesday 23rd February.
Eddie Hawthorne, Arnold Clark Chief Executive and Group Managing Director, said: ‘We’re thrilled to launch the Arnold Clark Cup, and it’s been a real pleasure to work with Pitch International on this project.
‘It’s a bold and exciting event and we believe that this will become a highlight of the sporting calendar for years to come.
‘Football is something that brings the whole community together. We’re delighted to give fans the opportunity to see these great international players live in their hometowns for a great price, and hopefully it will inspire future stars.’
Germany are ranked the third best women’s football team in the world, while Spain are ninth.
