On Saturday 9th September, the Glasgow Arnold Clark Innovation Centre is hosting a special event to celebrate World EV Day.
This event is the ideal opportunity for those who are considering an electric vehicle to learn everything they need to know to before they make the switch.
Throughout the day, customers and employees will have the chance to learn all about alternative fuel vehicles and get a bespoke tour of our Innovation Centre from our team of experts. Plus, there will over 60 EVs from a range of manufactures available to test-drive on site.
Our Innovation Centre geniuses will be on hand to answer all of your burning questions, alongside special guests from Bumblebee; Arnold Clark Charge who will be able to provide information on home charging and our ultra-rapid charging network and advice available through Energy Saving Trust.
Highlights of the event will include:
Learn – A meet and greet with our team of experts – you’ll learn what kind of impartial and well-researched advice the centre can offer you on electric vehicles, e-mobility and grants. You can also learn what we are doing to achieve our sustainability targets at Arnold Clark.
Charge – Discover everything you need to know about home charging via our charging specialists at Bumblebee. Plus, learn about Arnold Clark Charge, our new ultra-rapid charging network coming soon!
Drive – With 60 electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles available to test-drive, see which EV is right for you.
Change – Looking to make the switch? Discover the latest electric deals we have on offer.
Tea and coffee will be available throughout the day. Plus, take home a special World EV Day goodie bag!
The event will take place at the Arnold Clark Innovation Centre at 701 Dumbarton Road, Glasgow, G11 6NA from 11am until 4pm on Saturday 9th September.
As you may know, the Innovation Centre is purely an innovation, information, and educational centre. There are no sales at the site, but visitors can learn about the different types of charging and government tax and grants available if they’re thinking of moving to electric. We also have a second Innovation Centre in Stafford, England.
For those who wish to take a test drive, please bring along your driving licence and DVLA check code, or National Insurance number.
