BMW TeleServices
Enjoy smarter servicing with BMW TeleServices.
What is BMW TeleServices?
When your service is due, BMW TeleServices uses wireless communication between your vehicle and BMW to allow access to your vehicle’s data. It’s then passed on to your chosen service centre.
So whether your BMW needs an oil change, a health check or even new brake pads, your car will tell your service centre and they will contact you to book an appointment.
That means technicians will know what work is needed and make sure any genuine BMW parts can be ordered in advance, saving you time and increasing your driving pleasure.

Automatic BMW TeleService Call
With the Automatic Service Call, your BMW will relay service and maintenance-related data to BMW. We will then contact you to make suitable arrangements for your vehicle to be booked in with us and pre-order any necessary parts – making for a streamlined and efficient service experience.
BMW TeleService Breakdown Call
Similarly, with the TeleService Breakdown Call, if you need technical assistance, you can transmit data relating to the condition of your BMW directly to our Roadside Assistance team at the touch of a button. They will diagnose the problem and send immediate help.
BMW TeleService Battery Guard
Once configured in the ConnectedDrive portal, TeleService Battery Guard enables your BMW to notify you by text message if the charge of your vehicle battery drops to a critically low level due to any electrical components being left on, such as your parking or side lights.
BMW TeleService Update
The TeleService update allows you to conveniently download updates for your Bluetooth and multimedia system, ensuring it is kept up to date and supports the latest mobile phone and media player software.
