Service Plans include standard servicing in line with the manufacturer's recommended service schedule. Available over 2, 3 or 4 years.

Clark Plan

Applies to cars older than 36 months

Our Clark Plan is designed for older vehicles, and includes an annual standard value service, which applies to cars over three years old. Available over 2 or 3 years.

Terms and conditions

All Service and MOT plan offers are subject to acceptance and some vehicle exclusions may apply. Service and MOT plans are non-transferable and non-refundable. Servicing and MOT tests can be arranged/undertaken at any Arnold Clark Service department (excludes Mercedes-Benz, BMW or MINI Service departments). MOT re-test fees remain the owner’s responsibility.Any repair work or component replacement outside of the standard manufacturer or Arnold Clark service schedule including optional servicing is not covered and remains the responsibility of the owner, including the replacement of timing belts and exhaust filters.

Clark Plan terms and conditions

Applies to cars (up to 6 cylinders) 36 months and older. Clark Plan provides a set number of standard services and MOTs within a given time period. Any repair work or component replacement not covered (including the replacement of timing belts and exhaust filters) and any additional servicing remain the responsibility of the owner. Servicing and MOTs can be arranged/undertaken at any Arnold Clark Servicing department (excludes Mercedes-Benz, BMW or MINI Service departments). MOT re-test fees remain the owner’s responsibility. All Clark Plan offers are subject to acceptance and some vehicle exclusions may apply (including vehicles 36 months or older that are under manufacturer warranty). The checks covered by a Clark Plan service will be undertaken if applicable and according to vehicle make and model. Clark Plan is based on the Arnold Clark standard service (details can be found at ArnoldClark.com/servicing/value). Arnold Clark reserves the right to alter the content of the service. Clark Plan is non-refundable but can be transferred on a private sale to a third-party buyer for a £35 transfer administration fee*. The new vehicle owner must provide the Clark Plan policy number and vehicle registration to transfer the ownership. Alternatively, any unredeemed service vouchers can be exchanged for a child’s car booster seat or a £10 charitable donation to one of Arnold Clark’s nominated charity partners*. The plan covers the cost of manufacturer approved servicing (excluding the replacement of timing belts and exhaust filters). Repair work, component replacement and servicing outside of the standard manufacturer service guidelines (including optional servicing) remain the responsibility of the owner. Servicing can be arranged/undertaken at any Arnold Clark Servicing department (excludes Mercedes-Benz, BMW or MINI Service departments) within 31 days or 1000 miles (whichever comes first) of the service interval, where you’ll also receive your choice of a car care kit or a road atlas. The costs of any MOT test due throughout the duration of the plan are covered, as the mileage limitation does not apply to MOT test provision. MOT re-test fees remain the owner’s responsibility. All Service Plan offers are subject to acceptance and some vehicle exclusions may apply. Service Plan is non-refundable but can be transferred on a private sale to a third-party buyer for a £35 transfer administration fee*. The new vehicle owner must provide the Service Plan policy number and vehicle registration to transfer the ownership. BMW Service Plan terms and conditions

Applies to any new or approved used retail BMW. There is no eligibility criteria in relation to age or mileage of vehicle. The plan covers the cost of manufacturer approved servicing (excluding the replacement of timing belts and exhaust filters). Repair work, component replacement and servicing outside of the standard manufacturer service guidelines (including optional servicing) remain the responsibility of the owner. Arnold Clark BMW Service Plan is sold exclusively at Arnold Clark BMW sites. Servicing must be arranged/undertaken at an Arnold Clark BMW service department (excludes any other Arnold Clark service departments) within 31 days or 1000 miles (whichever comes first) of the service interval, where you’ll also receive your choice of a car care kit or a road atlas. Arnold Clark BMW Service Plan covers the costs of one MOT test due throughout the duration of the plan. MOT re-test fees remain the owner’s responsibility. Arnold Clark BMW Service Plan vouchers must be claimed within 4 years of the commencement date of the plan. Arnold Clark BMW Service Plan for most BMW models include four service plan vouchers plus one MOT. All Arnold Clark BMW Service Plan offers are subject to acceptance and some vehicle exclusions may apply. Arnold Clark BMW Service Plan is non-refundable but can be transferred on a private sale to a third-party buyer for a £35 transfer administration fee.
